Tell us a little about yourself.
I'm a software developer based in Baltimore, MD. I graduated from Towson back in 2013 and I’ve been working for an agency called Tivilon, then I began working for another local agency called Alexander and Tom where I did web, iOS and VR application development. In my free time, I enjoy going to shows in Baltimore, running, and photographing wildlife, especially birds.
How did you find out about Whitebox?
I found Whitebox through Sean Clark. I met him around the same time that he was beginning to first write the application for Whitebox. Sean is a developer that I’ve worked with a few times in the past, and we always worked well together, so I was glad to get a chance to join the company.
What are you most excited about as you start your work with the company?
I'm excited to have firsthand experience working with our fulfillment crews to make the process of shipping and processing goods as efficient and streamlined as possible. In ecommerce, this is key. It’s very interesting to get the chance to work with these people in-person to improve not only their own workflows, but also the process of fulfilling our clients' orders.
What would we likely to find you doing on a weekend off?
On a weekend off, I'm probably spending my time hiking and looking for birds to photograph. I like exploring new areas (my current favorite spot is Conowingo Dam for its Bald Eagles). Or, if I’m feeling like relaxing, I’m usually catching up on my favorite TV shows. Right now, I am super excited about the new season of Twin Peaks, and can’t wait to see where the show goes.
