Online Store Manager - Baltimore, MD
Are you extremely detail oriented? Do you have a passion for cutting-edge technology? Join Whitebox as an assistant store manager in Baltimore, MD. Right now, we help more than 60 manufacturers grow their online businesses by acting as their ecommerce department. We’re waiting for you to join our team as we add more clients to our company.
This is an entry level position. We’ve been growing 10-20% per month, so there's lots of opportunity for growth once you've learned the basics. Help us build our client base to 100, to 500 and to 1000!
What You’ll Do
Help manage our warehouse team.
Build processes to make sure all products are properly packaged.
Use our internal software to manage inventory ordering, kitting operations, billing, and more.
Work with our warehouse team to ensure inventory is received correctly and on time.
Manage all eBay used item sales.
Stay up to date with our clients’ products in order to answer customer service questions.
Respond to client questions in a considerate and timely manner.
Work closely with the existing store manager to develop profit and pricing analysis.
Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to negotiate the best possible pricing and payment terms.
Help to identify possible new product opportunities in the mobile computing market.
Help to identify new industry partners.
Troubleshoot and manage customer returns.
What We’re Looking For
2 years of college/university or equivalent experience
A strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn

Detail and deadline orientation
Proficiency with computers and internet tasks
Excellent email and phone etiquette
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Data entry experience using Excel spreadsheets
Understanding of Word, Google Docs, etc.
Preferred qualifications (but not required):
Several years of experience in online sales
Experience with any ecommerce store cart software
Basic web design experience (HTML, CSS)
Ability to occasionally lift 40 lb boxes
